Diesel Test commissions new Quadra4

NSW based emissions test equipment specialist - Diesel Test Australia - has taken delivery of Dyno Dynamics' revolutionary Quadra4 truck dynamometer. According to General Manager Steve Brown, the Quadra4 has contributed substantially to streamlining the operation and is proving to be a very high yield investment.
�Since development began on the equipment specifications required by Government to conduct a DT80 emissions test we have been working with Dyno Dynamics� to develop an integrated and user friendly control system. The system has now been used to carry out over 6,000 tests during the past 5 years and has proven to be very reliable and accurate. As such when considering to upgrade our systems to a fully transportable heavy-vehicle bogie truck dyno we had no hesitation to again seek the services of Dyno Dynamics..
The Quadra is everything we expected and more. It has gained approval from the Department of Transport as a DT80 emissions dynamometer and proven to be a sound commercial investment. The design enables a high throughput of vehicles to be tested from single axle to the very large bogie drive vehicles.. Importantly only one person is required to position and secure a vehicle in preparation for testing which is carried out in less than 10 minutes. This combined with retractable ramps and positioning wheels makes this unit quick and easy to deploy upon arrival at a test site.. One of our Quadra units is currently involved in testing just under 400 vehicles for the Western Australian Government and to date hasn�t missed a beat � so again we have made the right decision in purchasing a dynamometer from Dyno Dynamics�
